wine club & vip case club responsibilities:
*You agree to receive 2 bottles, 6 bottles or a case of wine each quarter based upon the club you choose. This is in addition to your regular wine purchases. Approximate charges per shipment will be $30-$55 for 2 bottles, $85-$110 for 6 bottles and $200-$250 per case. (Prices reflect a 10%-20% discount), plus actual shipping charges.
*Mill Lane Winery will notifiy you via email within two weeks prior to the charge date.
*You need to provide us with a valid credit card number for charging your orders. This is held in a secure location. You must notify us at least two weeks prior to shipment of any billing, address, telephone or email changes.
*You are responsible for extra shipping charges due to misdirected or returned shipments.
*You must be 21 years of age or older to join. UPS/FedEx require an adult signature for delivery.
*You are responsible for state taxes incurred on shipments.
*Membership must be cancelled in writing either via email to mail@mill-lane.net or via postal letter after one year. Early cancellations will result in a $40 fee.
